Testosterone Replacement Therapy - Injections

Confidence Energy Libido Recovery Strength Vitality

If you’ve been feeling off—low energy, less drive, not quite yourself—you’re not alone. Injectable TRT is designed for men who are ready to take control of their future and restore what’s been missing. This is about more than just numbers on a lab report—it’s about getting back to feeling strong, focused, confident, and fully engaged in your life.

With injectable testosterone, this protocol helps bring your hormone levels back into an optimized range so you can perform at your best—physically, mentally, and sexually. As testosterone levels improve, many men begin to experience a powerful shift: energy that lasts all day, stronger workouts, faster recovery, sharper focus, increased motivation, and a renewed sense of confidence. Libido and sexual performance often improve, body composition becomes easier to manage, and you start to feel more like yourself again.

Our providers often guide patients toward optimized testosterone levels—commonly targeting total testosterone between 800–1100 and free testosterone around 200 or higher—while closely monitoring your treatment with routine labs and follow up evaluations.

TRT is available for eligible patients after a comprehensive medical evaluation and lab review, ensuring your protocol is built specifically for you.

Injectable TRT may be right for men who want to optimize their testosterone levels and address symptoms that may be associated with low testosterone.

If you are feeling constantly tired, struggling to lose weight, having difficulty building or maintaining muscle, or noticing changes in motivation, mood, libido, erection quality, confidence, or mental clarity, low testosterone could be playing a role.

Low testosterone can affect how you feel, perform, recover, and show up in your daily life. Many men seek treatment because they no longer feel like themselves. They may feel slower, less motivated, less confident, less interested in sex, less physically capable, or less resilient than they used to be.

Injectable TRT may be a strong option if your labs confirm low testosterone and your provider determines that testosterone replacement therapy is appropriate. The goal is to restore your testosterone levels to a healthier, optimized range while monitoring your symptoms, response, and safety markers over time.

The first step is simple: complete your labs and speak with a licensed LaSara provider. We’ll review your results, discuss your goals, and determine whether Injectable TRT is an appropriate option for you.

LaSara is built for men who want more than a basic prescription. Our in-house medical team provides personalized, provider-guided testosterone therapy with ongoing monitoring, routine lab work, follow-up consults, and protocol adjustments when clinically appropriate.

Unlike many online clinics, you work directly with a dedicated LaSara team that gets to know your goals, symptoms, and treatment history. Your subscription includes medication, treatment supplies when applicable, free shipping, automatic refills, and transparent monthly pricing.

We take an individualized approach to testosterone optimization, using your labs, symptoms, and response to treatment to guide care over time. Our goal is to help you feel stronger, sharper, more confident, and more in control of your health while keeping your treatment medically supervised and closely monitored.

LaSara’s approach is not one-size-fits-all. We fine-tune each patient’s protocol based on how they feel, how they respond, and what their labs show. When clinically appropriate, our providers often help men reach optimized testosterone levels, commonly targeting total testosterone in the 800–1100 range and free testosterone around 200 or higher, while continuing to monitor safety markers and individual response.

Injectable TRT is designed to help eligible men restore testosterone levels through a personalized, medically supervised protocol.

The protocol includes injectable testosterone, which may be administered intramuscularly or subcutaneously based on provider instructions. Your provider will review your labs, symptoms, health history, and goals before determining whether this protocol is appropriate for you.

Once treatment begins, your protocol may be adjusted over time based on follow-up blood work, symptom response, side effects, safety markers, and clinical review.

Honest answers to the questions we hear most.

Most men researching TRT have the same unspoken questions. We'd rather address them directly than leave you guessing.

Injectable TRT is a testosterone replacement therapy protocol that uses testosterone cypionate, which is commonly injected once up to three times per week, to help restore and increase testosterone levels in men diagnosed with low testosterone. It is designed for eligible men who want a provider-guided approach to improving symptoms associated with low testosterone.

TRT is an ongoing treatment and an investment in your long-term health. When your body has low testosterone, it does not suddenly begin producing optimal levels again on its own. For that reason, TRT is used to help maintain consistent, optimized hormone levels so you can feel your best every single day. Many patients report feeling their best when total testosterone levels are above 800 and free testosterone levels are above 200, though individual targets may vary based on your provider’s guidance.

Men who start TRT often report improvements in energy, motivation, libido, sexual performance, strength, recovery, mood, mental clarity, and overall quality of life after their testosterone levels are optimized. Results vary from person to person, and it can take up to 6 months to fine-tune a protocol and experience the full benefits of TRT.

This is one of the most common and important questions we hear. Many physicians are not hormone specialists, and the standard “normal” testosterone range used in most labs is extremely broad. It’s designed to identify severe deficiencies, not to determine whether your levels are truly optimal for how you feel and perform.

Because of this, it’s very possible to fall within the “normal” range and still experience symptoms like low energy, reduced libido, brain fog, poor recovery, and decreased motivation. In fact, many men begin noticing these symptoms when their testosterone levels drop below around 500, even though that level is still considered “normal” by most lab standards.

At LaSara, we focus on optimization, not just whether you fall inside a wide reference range. Your symptoms, lifestyle, goals, and overall health all matter. If you don’t feel like yourself, your hormone levels may not be where they need to be for you, even if they’re technically “normal.”

The cost is $169 per month. Your subscription includes your medication, treatment supplies when applicable, follow-up medical consults, routine labs every 2–6 months, complete program management, free shipping, and automatic refills. There are no surprise refill fees or hidden monitoring costs.

We typically recommend that patients administer two injections per week, commonly splitting this on a Monday and Thursday. Two injections per week helps maintain a consistent, elevated, and optimized level of testosterone in your body. While this is LaSara’s gold standard approach, some patients prefer to inject once per week, and others may inject three times per week or even daily. Your provider will work with you to determine the ideal protocol based on how you are responding to treatment.

Yes. Blood work is an essential part of safe and effective testosterone therapy. It helps identify whether you qualify for treatment, establishes your baseline hormone levels, and allows your provider to build a personalized protocol based on your specific needs. You can either complete labs through LaSara or upload qualifying recent results that were completed within the last six months and include, at a minimum, your total testosterone, free testosterone, a complete blood count, and total PSA.

LaSara treats men from their young 20s all the way into their 90s who are appropriate candidates for TRT. Age can be one factor that contributes to low testosterone, but it is not the deciding factor in whether TRT is right for a patient.

The more important question is whether a man has clinically diagnosed low testosterone, symptoms that align with low T, and lab results that support treatment. For men who have explored natural ways to increase testosterone—such as improving sleep, nutrition, exercise, weight management, and lifestyle habits—without success, TRT may become a strong option.

Your provider will review your labs, symptoms, health history, and goals to determine whether TRT is appropriate for you.

Low testosterone can affect many aspects of a man’s physical and mental performance. Common symptoms include low energy, reduced libido, erectile performance changes, brain fog, poor concentration, decreased motivation, loss of strength, reduced muscle mass, increased body fat, mood changes, poor sleep, and slower recovery from exercise. Blood work is the best way to determine whether low testosterone may be contributing to these symptoms.

TRT can reduce the body’s natural hormone signaling to the testes, which may decrease sperm production and affect fertility in some men. TRT does not automatically make every man infertile, but individual responses vary. If fertility, sperm production, or testicular function are important to you, discuss this with your provider before starting treatment.

Yes. TRT is an ongoing treatment. Your provider may adjust your dose, frequency, or supporting medications based on your lab results, symptoms, side effects, goals, and overall response to treatment.

LaSara is not a one-size-fits-all clinic. We fine-tune every patient’s protocol based on their labs, symptoms, goals, and response to treatment. While many providers take a cookie-cutter approach—glancing at your labs and prescribing a standard dose—we take the time to understand exactly what you want to achieve and build a protocol designed to get you there.

Our providers review your labs in detail, spend time understanding your performance goals, and work with you to safely push the limits of what TRT can do. We believe optimization is not about doing the minimum—it’s about doing it right, with precision, oversight, and intention.

Consistency is one of the most important factors in successful TRT, and we take that seriously. We make every effort to ensure you never receive your testosterone refill late, and we proactively provide lab reminders so you stay on track with your monitoring and progress. No gaps, no guesswork, no falling off protocol.

We do not believe in simply prescribing testosterone and sending patients on their way. Our providers stay engaged, monitor your progress, and make adjustments when clinically appropriate so you continue moving forward.

Whether your goal is to improve energy and wellness, build strength, enhance performance, or feel like the best version of yourself every day, LaSara is built to help you get there with a personalized, high-performance approach to TRT.
